Bought and sold a home in 2020 in FL 33710.

This is the 2nd time we have used Dana to assist us with home purchase and 2nd with a home sell. Dana has a wealth of knowledge and connections to help along the way. Two times we have needed a short-term house while looking for a home to purchase and both Dana was able to assist. Dana definitely knows the area and the current property values. Dana takes great care of her clients and is very professional and is always there when you have a question or concern.

Working with Dana is a dream. She knows her stuff – the ins and outs of the St Pete/Clearwater real estate market, and how to get things done that seem impossible. Dana found an amazing house for my sister a few years ago and helped her negotiate a great deal, so when I started my search for a retirement home, Dana was at the top of my list. The more I work with her, the more I trust her advice and the more I understand why my sister so strongly recommended her to me. I am looking for a very particular living situation and, as an out of state buyer, it is good to know that she won’t forget about me just because I am not in the area. She has given me some great leads and I appreciate the insights she has offered which have helped me in my decision-making process. Bought a Single Family home in 2023 in Duckpond, Gainesville, FL.

Dana was always available and acted quickly which is the reason why we got the house. The house ended up having 7 offers on it but Dana acted fast and made a tactical offer which secured us the home. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and her experience in comparison to other agents was apparent. I would recommend Dana to anyone looking for an agent they can trust.
